"This work is not about substances.
It's about relationship. To your body, your patterns,
the land, your lineage, and who you are becoming."

Together, we'll explore

01

Microdosing 101

What microdosing is and isn't. Safety, set, setting, and the foundational education you need so you're not guessing or piecing things together alone. For harm reduction.

02

The Nervous System's Role

Your nervous system is the gateway to real integration. Emotional patterns live in the body long before they surface in the mind.

03

Why Awareness Alone Doesn't Transform

Insight opens the door. Repetition, support, and embodied practice are what actually create lasting change.

04

Breathwork, Sound and Ritual

Somatic allies that help you tune your inner state, regulate your system, and make the most of what microdosing opens up.

05

Identity, Habit Loops and Real-Life Change

The 4 keys of integration: Connection into Identity into Direction into Action. This is where insight becomes a new way of living.

06

Nature, Lineage and Relationship

An invitation to move beyond seeing nature as a mirror and into genuine relationship with the land, the water, and the wisdom held in your own lineage.

This space welcomes
all levels of curiosity.

Whether you're brand new to microdosing or you've been walking this path for a while and something still feels missing, this workshop was created for you. For the person who senses there's more here than a protocol and a dose. For the one ready to work with what arises, not just what you consume.

  • You're curious about microdosing but want a grounded, educated foundation before you begin
  • You've started microdosing and want a more intentional, embodied framework
  • You're drawn to the intersection of science, somatics, and the sacred
  • You sense that awareness alone hasn't been enough. You want real integration
  • You feel called to a deeper relationship with your body, your patterns, and the natural world
  • You want community and a space to explore this with others who are asking the same questions

The 3 Pillars of
Embodied Microdosing & Integration

Education

Understanding is crucial

Real knowledge about what microdosing is, how it works in the brain and body, safety, protocols, and harm reduction. So you can move forward with clarity and confidence, not confusion.

Integration

This is where the work lives

Breathwork, journaling, somatic tools, sound, identity work, and nature as an ally. This is how insight becomes real-life change. Moving from consuming an experience to actually living differently.

Ceremony

Relationship is everything

Ritual, intentional space, slowing down, deep listening. Respect and reverence for the medicine and for yourself. This shifts the work from consumption into genuine relationship.

The medicine opens the door.
You are the work.

Microdosing doesn't just change your mood or your focus. It begins to reveal who you are becoming through your choices. Through your relationship to your body, your patterns, and the world around you.

This workshop holds space for the science and the sacred. For the person who wants the research, and also feels called to something deeper. To the memories that live in the body, the wisdom held in lineage and water and land, and the ancient understanding that we are not separate from the natural world. We are made of it.
